I’m always eerily shaken with a sense of our tiny humanity when I’m in the country at night. The quietness, the sense of solitude from the buzz of the city makes me so aware of this rock floating in space we are standing on, especially when those stars start to appear. No distractions, just us.
These lucky two have some of this country as part the family farm – wild vegetations that defy comprehension, the mass of lichen decorated rock and the views across plains. It’s where they first kissed and its where they wished they could have their wedding but logistically can’t so it was really special to travel out and capture them in this unique Australian landscape.
